"Of all the familes of MIA/POW's we met, the Shelton family became our special friends. To know them and their hardship endured, the love and devotion to Colonel Shelton, you knew the man. Marian Shelton, sons and daughter were present for our exhibits in Los Angeles, San Diego and the Empire State Building, NYC. The family dedicated my Eagle sculpture to be a reminder of a brave American, Abandoned by his country."

The Eagle is currently in storage at the residance of Robert Yoakum. He is offering the Eagle for sale after all these years. He feels it is time to let go and allow someone else to enjoy the beauty and majesty of this Eagle, as much as he and his wife have enjoyed sharing it with others.
